Ok, this one is a bit early, but anyway, it´s a halloween Special AMV with the anime Sayonara, Setzubou Sensei (all seasons).
This song is "This is Halloween" from the movie nightmare before Christmas.
It somehow is a Chiri Tribute, too. Seriously, she´s fucking scary (and therefore awesome).

Pretty spooky the first time I watched it. How good is Sayonara, Zetzubou Sensei?

Depends on what you like. Expect a strong story? Then this isn´t for you. It´s mostly about it´s crazy characters. The teacher is allways in despair and wants to kill himself, and everyone in his class has a , let´s call it unique characteristic. Except the normal one, but she doesn´t want to be called normal. It´s also a quite synic series that likes to point out problems of modern society (mostly the japanese of course). I think it´s great, give it a try!
