WONDERFUL. This is exactly the tutorial I needed; plus it was done in such an artful way! And the quality is fantastic. This is a real step up from some of the other tutorials I've watched as far as clarity. Thanks!

@lovla1 Haha! I live on felt tip pens now, not so much this brand anymore because they changed it, but felt pens are my go to eyeliner!

Your pen looks a little dry - have you tried Collection 2000's extreme 24 hour felt tip liner?
