2Fn Production Design Pitch

Greetings, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your time and giving my team your project. You have given the team six weeks to get a functioning website for you company. In this time, we will be able to complete content pages that showcase the unique areas your company represents. Each page will have the information that you have provided in your initial communication, such as YouTube videos, images, logos, and free downloads of music samples. We will also be able to provide you with an artists page that you have requested with items similar to those of the music page but of the artists work. Your main page will require a login for users who want to post and reply to comments on stories throughout the site. We will also provide an area for videos or photos to be added to your main page. The main page will also include a calendar that can have events added that users can look at to see what is upcoming along with basic event information. All of your pages will adhere to a uniform design in that it will have the same color scheme and layout for each page. This will provide the user with an enjoyable experience throughout the entire site. Users will also find comfort in the navigation and know where to find content regardless of where they are in the site.
The method that we will be delivering your project is via a content management system. This will provide you with the ability to give permissions to users so they can do certain things but not other things. Another nice feature of a content management system is the ability to move things around if you wish to reorganize the way the site looks.
Each member of the team has their own role to take on. One member of the team will design a custom layout for the content management system. One member will take into consideration 2fNs likes and dislikes with example sites provided by the client. The other members will help with selecting the appropriate colors for the website, as well as how the colors will interact with each other. Meaning that, which colors will go for a background, and which colors look best as text or links. The entire team will also have to take into consideration when deciding colors that 2fN would like a splash of green. One member will also help with the hand coding part of the process and the final member will work with the debugging part to make sure everything is working correctly.
