This powerful film explores the settlement through the eyes of two charismatic individuals -- an ex terrorist and a hippy Jewish settler. Full of moments of pathos and streaked with dark humour, this thought-provoking documentary reflects the animosity and tensions bubbling under the surface in the towns which host settlements.

  • sad so sad for Palestinians

  • @mbassan I respectfully disagree with your statement. Having been to Israel myself, I can tell you that Ashkenazim are welcomed, however non-Jews and Ethiopian Jews do face persecution. For example, foreign migrant workers cannot marry or legally have children while working in Israel.

  • @largowinch630 Have you ever been to Israel?

  • we need one more Hitler to kill all the Jewish mother fuckers and let the world live in peace

  • @boliussa It is a proven fact that most "Palestinians" have some Jewish ancestry. That is why they have Hebrew DNA from the Levant like the Ashkenazi/Sephardi. They rarely have Saudi Arabian DNA. A "Palestinian" who hides or ignores their Jewish ancestry is worse. They either come back to their true origin, or live in peace with us if not they can leave, I agree with you. Nothing is worse than someone who wants to kill their own people and ignore their true origin.

  • @YehudaMizrahi

Yes. and both ashkenazim and sephardim have some mixing with neighbours, and that's fine. Lots of "Palestine" arabs are immigrant colonizers too(possibly jewish origin as well), we know of the immigration from for example quotes from Roosevelt and Churchill, on arab immigration. And the "Palestine" Arabs they and their ancestors have totally shed their jewish identity long ago. Muslim jew haters, they don't want to be jewish, and we don't want them!

  • @boliussa Well according to DNA results it has shown that many Ashkenazim with Semitic genes have other genes as well. Only one DNA result showed that Ashkenazim are closer related to "Palestinians" (Jews who converted to Islam). The other DNA shows different results as well. Either way we all know the true origin of the so called "Palestinians"

  • sharon was a decent guy wasn't he? it's just netenyahu, lieberman are insane fuckers

  • @Jasminewynja

Arabs like to boast that they're semites.. you'd probably agree with them, so the facts I just mentioned, about Jews in Europe and Jews in Arab lands having more in common with each other than their neighbours, should cause you to correct your misunderstanding about the Jews. Jews are a people. A nation. Finally sovereign again!

  • @Jasminewynja

Was Mike Wallace expressing a Right wing zionist position when he was complaining to Abba Eban in the 50s, that Israel was too big? That Israel had no right? No. Were the Arabs when they attacked Israel from 1948-1967 expressiong a right wing zionist position? No! Arabs don't recognise Jews as having a historic or legal right to that land, they never did. They will just lie and say It's the occupation of Gaza.. then when that's withdrawn from, It's 1967 then 1948 then 1947 etc

  • @Jasminewynja

And as I told you. They are not 1967 borders. They are 1949 Armistice lines. The UN in forming UN resolution 242 recognised Israel wasn't meant to remove itself from them completely only partially. But the Arabs and you perhaps too, will always say it's all occupied. And the Arabs go further just like you see in the Abban Wallace interview I mentioned -from the 50s- what occupation was there then?

  • @Jasminewynja

There are no pure races, Judaism welcomes converts but hasn't had many in the past 2000 years. Recent gentic studies show that Jews from Arab lands and Jews from Europe have more in common genetically with each other than with their neighbours. This is whether keeping the religion or not obviously! As far as Palestinians recognising Israel.. The right of return is a camouflaged way of destroying Israel, think about the logic it's very simple.
