Manuel and the Music of the Mountains bring you this magical version of Ben E King's hit of 1960. Geoff Love, the man "behind" this typically "bright" sounding orchestra arranged the song in such a way that it fits the "Mountains sound" perfectly. "Spanish Harlem" was covered by many artists since 1960, the best known being Aretha Franklin, Herb Alpert and Tom Jones. A German version was recorded by Cliff Richard ("Dass ist die Frage aller Fragen") and a French cover was released by Dalida. But if you were looking for a great orchestral interpretation you need not search any further ... because Geoff Love's arrangement is simply one of the very best. Enjoy !

Gorgeous, Walter! This is the 40th song on my Geoff Love (Manuel) playlist. Good to hear from you after your icy visit to the beach. The North Sea is just really not the best place to visit the seaside, I've done it! glad you're well - I was worried. chuck
