These hand vacs are quite strange - they pull the debris through the turbine and then into the bag. Most other vacs pull debris into a bag first, followed by a fan.
However, when you attach the hose, I guess you must cover the bottom inlet, because you would lose suction?

@Parwaz786 it is pretty good and they did make these hand vacs for cleaning cars but i think my ultra is a little better.
