That's because the Power-up comes from a boss of Super Mario Bros 2.

Mouser is the boss. Mouse-Mario/Luigi is the Power up. It does the same behavior of Mouser (Throw Bob-ombs away)

The Mouse Suit is not from Super Mario Advance or any Mario game before hand. It's inspired by Mouser, yes, but it's not a power-up in any previous Mario games.

The Panda suit allows you to walk upside down on ceilings. It also allows you to do a spin jump attach that can break some blocks and bounce on other enemies. You guys haven't seen HALF the things I put in this hack. I'll do a proper video someday and show you :)
