Back Pain Relief Exercise. This time I am demonstrating couple exercises which purpose is to loosen up your spine after a heavy session of weight lifting or from any other activity which might put a lot of pressure on the spine.
It does work as a back pain relief as well. Very appropriate for people with some sort of lumbar discopathy, spinal disc herniation and such.

I squat lower for over 5 years and was suffering from pain in my lower back eventually could not walk for long, then do these exercises and now the pains are gone trust me this really works, just wanna say thank you

Thanks for the video, I can't lift much overhead without feeling something in my spine.
Would the first exercise still be as effective if the arms are flexed? My bar and rings aren't so high.

You are welcome! As for the arms position, my opinion is that they shouldn't be flexed. Try it on a bar that is high enough to keep your arms straight then attempt the same thing flexing your arms. The idea is that if you flex your arms and try to bounce whilst hanging your arms are going to absorb some of the impact and it won't extend your spine much. I hope you understand. :)

Thanks man! My father has a history of back problems, I'll be sure to share this with him; and me personally, I've accrued my own from several years sleeping on a bed with poor support in awkward posture.
