Most psychological disorders become fully evident by the time a person reaches adulthood. They tend to persist throughout the life of the individual.

If this diagnosis was to be taken even remotely serious, it would have demonstrated patterns of narcissism throughout Obama's life and not during a snapshot of a presidential election or the first year of his candidacy.

The pattern of narcissism is demonstrable throughout Obamas life virtually in everything he does. His votaries cannot see them just as the votaries of Hitler, Moo or Jim Jones could not see them. Go to North Korea and see how people worship Kim Jong Ill. Does this mean that man is not a narcissist? Obama is a full fledge narcissist. Everything he does is to elicit applause. He lives in the function of how others perceive him.

You haven't shown any concrete examples that demonstrate a systemic pattern of NPD throughout his life. You merely focused on a few examples, that you interpret to be symptoms, in his recent history.
