  • Since i started my first online yoga class, i haven't looked back & i've now done at least 1 1/2hrs everyday for the last 35days... I have to say, this was the most enjoyable, educational & well produced video i've come accross so far. Thank you Adi and all at Yoga Today! You don't know how much inner peace & happiness you bring to my day!!

  • I practised yoga on and off since childhood. But since my strokes I have not been able to do the more taxing shoulder stand and certainly not head stand. I often just lie down on the mat and breathe in and out.
