I'm thinking about buying this camera, but I read that under water you get those things on the display, like little white drops

thank you for your answer. I think I'll put music over it, then it doesn't matter if there's sound or not.

Yeah its supposed to do that because the camera is not equipped with a hydrophone, so the sound that gets recorded is all poppy and distorted.

Did you set anything for the video?
Because fpor Fotos there's a special UW mode. Is there also one for filming??

If you buy an Olympus M+ XD Picture card you can shoot for 18 continuous minutes with the 2GB version in VGA mode. If you have had the camera for a while you might have to update the firmware version too. Maui looks like a good place to go diving :)

Thanks for posting this video. Im going to Maui soon so I bought a 1030 SW for my snorkling adventures! Nice video, good shots! Looks like you had a good time!

Thanks. I just got mine yesterday and messed around in the pool. That thing is badass. Is your video shot in QVGA or VGA...or something different? The quality of your video is pretty good, same with the surfing one.

The surfing one was shot in QVGA but this one was shot in VGA. The only Unfortunate thing about that camera is that it only wwill allow ten seconds of shooting in VGA.
