@maxhansendk I thought there was plenty of feeling here, lots of emotion and excitement in the sound. And as for showing off, give the guy a break, it is a "show" piece, whats he supposed to do, play ineptly in an act of false humility! This is Vengerov at his stunning best, when he plays like this he is unequalled today.

Please, stop comparing violinist of this level! saying this person is better than this. that only proves that you know nothing about violin playing. music is not about who does what better than who. IT IS NOT A SPORT. its about interpretation, feeling, the ideas being expressed in another way, there is no such thing as "best" or "better" violinist at this level of playing.
