A mi tambien! No seas mala onda.

  • is there any lip movement when you transition from a low range to a higher range? or is it all air?

  • never dip the pitch down! Mr. Hernandez has advised to start from the pitch up. A common practice technique is triplet vibrato waves...slow to fast tempos over time and always use a metronome. It is more important to do it right as opposed to doing it fast! Try to get as many perspectives on the subject as possible and experiment in a thoughtful way. i sometimes visualize the individual waves as dents in a continuous air stream. Good luck!

  • I don't mean to be rude but i know there is more to this than "jaw movement". Can anyone please help me out here? I know that to get WIDE vibrato you play a G and lip down to F# and try to get that in tune (try this with any note). I've tried it and its been helpful, anyone else have any tips on this? Don't just say practice, cause thats just obvious. I want to get my vibrato like Mr.Hernadez, which i look up too.

Please leave your comment as a reply. Thank you! God Bless... Viva El Mariachi!
