In my opinion, The medical testing shouldn't be tested on anyone -- criminals, animals or whoever. This video makes me think that is it possible to remove the medical testing. If it is not, are there the other ways to test on something else or about volunteer?

Since criminals, especially killers had done so bad to victims and their families, they could be medical targets if it was indeed their own choice. They might want to do something good to payback the society to make their life meaningful.

I don't think that medical testing on criminals it's a good idea either (only if this is their's free will) .Those things must be only by free-choice. No one should be abused or forсed in this entire world.

I think that would be a good idea so long as it does not go against the Bill of Rights, or Constitution. If it would be an experiment that is considered "cruel, or unusual punishment", then I would say no; otherwise, sure, why not.
