i hace a 2004 elantra GT and its a great car!

its the sedan, im trying to install a cold air intake or something like that.....

This GT elantra would smoke the new GK 2.0 stock Tiburon because it has the same DOHC 2.0 L 1975 cc engine but is lighter = better power-to-weight ratio = better acceleration and speed = good bang for the buck. Keeps up with V6 Tib (GT isslightly faster to 60mph)

I got an '03, hatchback GT.

What year is yours? Anything older than '05, and I would definitely check the suspension. My right control arm snapped in half (fun!) on the highway. Apparently there was a recall that came out earlier this year for it.

That pickup at 0:33 sounds great. I love that sound on mine.

yeah i'll let you know, i think that the elantras have the potential to be fast just like the civic, because they share a lot of attributes....

well who cares it drives pretty god for what it is. Mines a manual and its a little rocket

yeah i agree. I have the gt too and it does sound way faster than its actualy going. Once you get past 40mph its slow as hell. Merging and passing on highway sucks. Mine was a piece of crap but I did buy the first model so that could be why.

I ve got to say tho I ve did some pretty amazing insertions with mine. 25Ft ladders and tree trimmers. I ve haul sod/ply wood. Its amazing how much space that little car has once you fold down the back seats.
