  • A quick search for Garland Japanese market gave me this place. Good luck. You can also check for online stores. A few are at our blog.

  • I live in California. It's the single most diverse State in the US. I can't cook American style, SO if there weren't an Asian grocer nearby, I wouldn't ever cook.

    I actually choose where I live based on the nearness of an Asian grocer. Tatoeba... I intend to move to Beaverton, OR because of the Japanese program at the Community College near there, they have the largest Japanese grocer in the entire State, & they are sister city to Gotemba, Japan! Heh. Is that weird?

  • Your lucky you live near a Japanese store. I live in a small town in the UK. There isnt even a chinese supermarket within 50 miles. ~_~

    I want to make Pickled Daikon, Teriyaki Tofu and so much more. But I havent a clue how to make them. Let alone get the ingredients. SO count yourself lucky ^_^ *Envious glare of doom*
