Very few American soldiers have done any of the things you mention. Bush/Chaney disgraced them, and every American, , hell, every human, by approving torture.
Our soldiers are just fllowing orders, doing the best they can in difficult circumstances.
You can disagree with the policy, hate the policy, which I do, and respect and honor the soldiers, which I also do, 99% of whom have committed no crimes (unless you're taking about Blackwater).
BRING THEM HOME, President Obama.

@alanferraro 'Soldiers are innocent souls...' ??? Most of those souls agree at some level with the need to defend our own turn by kicking the butts of trouble makers which are in what we consider freedom's way of life. If I were enlisted (as my son is), I would agree in every way possible, not sit around saying 'I wanna go home...' Of course the USA is not innocent and it represents the 'business arm' of our country, duh it's a corporation after all...

Too bad that this song is used to make a political demand verses a plea to God to usher our loved ones back after they do their duty... Obama can't bring them home nor fulfill most of the ignorant promises he made to get elected (just like most that get elected). Make love not war? Great ideal, but not based in reality...

It was very heart touching cause I am a disabled veteran my self. For the frist time in many years I had tears in my eyes. Unfortunatly that is the cost of the freedom that we value so much. God bless all of the comrades in arms. That are willing to give thier lives to give to the freedom that is so precsious to me.
