Thanks for your interest, The Mega Anchor can be installed in All types of ground including sandstone, solid granite and floating rocks. For rocky ground the Mega Anchor acts as a drilling guide and an electric or pneumatic hammer drill is used to pre drill the holes for the piles to be driven. Regards: Rob.
Looks like a good system, if your ground is soft enough to bang those poles through by hand. What if you are on a rocky site? What if one of those poles hits a solid floating rock? Would sandstone or granite make a difference?

Is that what the chap in video is doing with that tool with the blue lead? Is that some sort of hammer or drill?
