A SONNET IN FLAMES
(A Sonnet)
http://www.angelagegg.com
I live and I breathe
to Not love anyone;
Nor to dream, Nor to fly,
Nor to ever try,
yet the touch so
sweetly softy of his hand,
It brings forth the tears I shed;
Ill forever cry!
She can not love;
oh no, Not him alone!
Her love is tainted,
tis her undying tragedy.
He bleeds for her.
For her he moans;
his heart it aches,
painfully yearning to be free.
For even Cupids arrow
could not succeed.
But why? His desire cries,
I love her still;
And why? Why does not
she too love me?
Understanding not; the reason why
she never will.
A fool in love;
in love he will forever remain;
And at death he shall fall
with his heart in flames.
