they aren't asking for a stronger government all together, but their song does not allow them to say every little detail of what they are trying to get across, they are saying one part of the government is weak and that weakness is when it comes to punishment for rapist. clearly thats the point of the song, but i agree the governments are the problem almost always and they are even saying that in this song but honestly i would just say allow citizen action against the filth.
