yeah well, fanboys rather jerk off to her than see her as what she really is - a really fun character to play across all sf games who unfortunately, got a bit damaged in sf4. Luckily, like you said, she has ultra 2 ^.^;;
But in honesty, hosenka isn't so bad if they get rid of the glitch where it doesn't fully connect with certain characters in corners.

I've mained Chun all my life, her ultra is super shitty to connect. Luckily in ssf4 She has ultra 2..Which makes her Top tier. WOOOOOOTTTTTTTT.

Also, headbutt sucks on wakeup. Fastest version has a startup of 7 frames and gets screwed over by crossups.

I think you misinterpreted what I said. The result of the actual match is a by-product of the player's attitude. "Winning is all that matters" is the mindset of the tournament level player. Whether they end up winning or losing, they are playing to win.

"Winning is all that matters" is a bad way of putting it though. Sure, winning is very fun and makes for a more enjoyable experience, but wouldn't you rather lose a very challenging and interesting match than win a bunch of easy ones against weak players? Having fun is what matters, not winning, and while winning can certainly make the game more fun it itself isn't necessarily what makes it worth playing.
