Steam: How to upload custom screenshots

This video will show you how to upload screenshots for games that doesn't support Steam's in-game overlay. (Or any picture you want. Customized, anything!)

Watch in maximum resolution and/or enable annotation for details.

Here are the steps, if you would rather skip the video:
1. Prepare an image file.
2. Search the game on Steam's store.
3. Copy the application ID.
4. Open Steam's Screenshot Manager.
5a. Select SHOW ON DISK...
5b. ...or open Steam // userdata // (numbers) // 760 // remote
6. Create a folder with the application ID.
7. Create a sub-folder in this folder. Name it "screenshots".
8. Create a sub-folder in "screenshots". Name it "thumbnails".
9. Move prepared image into "screenshots" folder.
10. Rename the screenshot to the following format:
YYYY-MM-DD_#####(5 digit number starting from 00001).jpg
2011-11-03_00001.jpg
11. Copy the image into "thumbnails" folder.
Optional: Resize thumbnail to 200 x 150. (Faster load time on steam.)
12. Restart Steam.
13. Open Screenshot Manager.
14. ???
15. PROFIT!!!
