The V-Hex: is a Versatile Hexapod that can walk with real-time control by the PC keyboard. The Hexapod can also draw. Also the integration between real-time control and "taught movements" can be done easily.
This video demonstrates the wave gait of the V-Hex hexapod.
The V-Hex was inspired by Matt Denton's Hexapods.

whats the construction material? shapelock?

the material is Acrylic PMMA, it was cut using a laser CNC machine.
