Ruth has been studying Qigong with London based instructor Cheyne Towers for just over a year. In this interview she describes her experience of the regular practice of Qigong and its' effect on the various symptoms of Multiple Sclerosis.

Ruth's practice includes both standing and seated Qigong, specific work using 2kg Iron Spheres, and walking exercises which explore the Principle of the Three Nails from Master William C.C. Chen as taught by Cheyne's teacher Sifu Nathan Menaged (for information please visit: www.taichicorner.net).
