All of this has to do with JFK. This is supposed to be a reenactment of Kennedy's autopsy when they took out his brain only Marilyn Manson had it changed to a fetus meaning "with comes new life"

The Holy Wood album and some of Mehanical Animals has a lot of reference to JFK. There's even glimpses of his autopsy report in the Holy Wood album art.

It's all very fascinating.
