More specific: "How was the flight?" or "How was the drive?"
One comment: "Long time no see." is very casual. I don't think I've ever actually used that phrase. "Nice to see you again" or "It's good (or great) to see you again." is probably most common.

yeah! I love those expressions! :) also if ya wanna sound more "cool" you can say, "nice to see ya again!" <--- usually what I would say! ^^
