Ernest Ferguson, an IBMA Pioneer of Bluegrass was.mandolin player for Kitty Wells, Johnny & Jack, and Bailes Brothers, Grandpa and Romona Jones on the Grand Ole Opry and Louisiana Hayride in the 40's and here celebrates his 90th birthday. Met June Stearns at the R.O.P.E. convention in Nashville last month. Great lady. Way under-rated and overlooked! Wish there were more vid of her here on the tube!
