  • @bedpanner How so?

  • @SamuelEllmer get rid of nine inch nails, remix with some creative commons music and post under a CC license ?

  • @bedpanner I'm not really following what'd be gained from doing this?

  • Amazing!

  • I trust my attributions are complete. Your clip does not really suit my purposes because that license is too restrictive - I am trying to keep to CC-BY only so people can use mine.

Nice work by the way - must have taken ages !

  • @SamuelEllmer you have already done that and written CC BY-NC-SA

The standard youtube license prevents that being realized (ie. nobody can use it)

Perhaps another option is to post it somewhere the other CC options are available, like internet archive for example.

Hey I am not a copyright lawyer, just a mash up artist and yes I mix other peoples stuff with their permission- I enjoy it.

It is a good cause too.

  • @bedpanner So you're talking about me allowing the video to be used by others, so they can put their own music over it?

  • @SamuelEllmer You have typed thast it is commons licensed, but in fact it is not - it is a standard youtube license- no loss to me either way

  • @SamuelEllmer Awesome. Well I tried a few weeks ago making stop-motion.

I sort of Failed at it because i was trying to take frames with me Incorporated in them and didn't have anyone to take the pictures.

I pretty much taped my camera to something tall and relied on my four year old sister to press the button to take the pictures.

Yeah, that didn't go as planned. Lol. :)

But thanks i am going to try again with better assistance this time. Hehe.
