I've eaten an avocado everyday for 5 years now, and I never grown old of them. I put them in salads, smoothies, spread them on wheat bread...it's awesome!

This can be a problem with avocados. If they are a little hard then put them with bananas or in a brown paper bag and this will ripen them quicker. Or blend them! Thx for watching : )

Avocado Smoothy is deleciouso almost taste like green tea frappucino. Excellente choice.

iv started a new workout diet and have eaten two avocados every single day for three months now!!!!I FEEL AMAZING!!! even if i wake up in a horrible mood i work out then make an avocado salad and BAM haha best mood ever!!! iv never felt this good!!

@0salinski0 Great stuff...one a day is probably sufficient. Add in some other fruits and veg as well!
