looking at how 1 person has made a walkthrough and no one else has (im guessing tingle hate) I'm deciding to play through this game myself :D. It gets fun further into the game but in the beginning, it's meh

Balloon trip came first. And Europeans do walkthroughs as well. A lot of people with ROMS do, too. Thank you to the OP for this! Hopefully the sequel gets a release someday...and hopefully this damn region locking for the 3DS doesn't interfere!

I don't think the reason that there are only 2 walkthroughs for this game(including this one)is Tingle hate.Its just that it was only released in Japan and Europe,making it both somewhat rare AND obscure.
