I used 3ds max 2009 and Photoshop and rendered with mental ray

thanks. this clip takes about 6 hours to render it. I also not really into animation but I really love visual effects, I hope to become a really good visual effects supervisor someday. I don't have a proper education about 3d animation or visual effects, all with a self taught, but I have a film background. right now I slowly saving my money because I want to go to Vancouver Film School.

You should add moving control surfaces on the tail of the ship when it makes turns, would make it look real!!

This is absolutely first-class work. Mimicing footage from the film with the added bonus of the weapon deployment is star dust to me. This should've featured in the film... had not the odd decade got in the way.
