"The case is closed: the day works." What an amazing, much-needed antidote to the cynicism that plagues us and keeps us down. The celebrities got on board, the UN officials supported it, and the corporations are on the band wagon. But where are the world leaders trumpeting this? Is the media reporting on it? The meagre responses to this video and the documentary suggest that it is not getting on people's radar. Can we shut up for one day about Kanye and say something important about peace?

I don't understand how there is so few views of this recently posted, very important cause! :( How sad that people care more about viewing the silly or sickening Youtube vids instead of supportin this cause that is so important to us ALL! this is the kind of thing that i would dedicate my life to. seriously. but how?

i feel like the general public would love to help people in need but most people dont know what to do, myself included.

It saddens me to see some of our species wont get along and help fellow human beings in the time of need, if everybody just got along our advancement as a species would be nearly unstoppable, if people would just set aside their religious and political differences and stop making pointless wars this world would be a better place to live.
