1 - used Pfaudler 1500 gallon 5019 Glass Lined Reactor. Model RC-78-1500. 78 in. diameter X 84 in. straight side. Internal rated 25 PSI @ 350 degrees F. Conventional jacket rated 70 PSI @ 350 degrees F. NB# 43226. MFG# R184-0145. Top Fittings: (2) 6 in. (2) 8 in. (3) 4 in. 30 in. cover with (2) 2 in. (1) 12 in. X 16 in. manway and 4 3/8 in. drive nozzle. Bottom outlets: (1) offset 3 in. and (1) 4 in. center bottom drain. Equipped with 5 DTW 3- blade retreat curve agitator driven by a 15 HP 3/60/230-460V motor. Agitator has pedestal assembly with stuffing box with Chesterton style 1725 packing. Has baffle.
