hey what if im really good but don't have a ranking cuz i don't know how to get 1(plz tell and i'll get ... i had 9999 rateing and got bored so i came last a few times to 9015 and getting it to 9999 again wud i still be able to join i am good

I had 9999 vr but lost a little bit of it. i have 9750 vr now and triple star
