@Daltonator87 Allot of people will think it's easier on bar though; as it's very easy to `cheat` at them on the bar, and sort of slide over the bar; I can do one of those pseudo muscle ups on a bar; can't even get close to one on rings yet!

@leonida135 Actually doing slow it is harder on a bar. Most people use kips though to get around the bar. I can do a slow muscle up on rings no problem, but on the bar, i can't do it without any kip.
