Hi Cassey,I am very happy to say I recently lost 70lbs(was 185 & now I'm 115lbs) yay! How ever I have this tiny bit of a lower belly pouch Im trying to work off & hoping this will help to firm & tone it up. I'm combining interval training w/ your videos. I just did your Pilates for begginers & am so sore lol! Now I'm gonna do this one lol I love your workouts & you! So down to earth, real, & patient :) Do you think what I'm doing will help w/ the lower belly fat? Hope to hear from you! Thanks:)

I used to sort of struggle doing this video last year but ive been working out a lot and I'm stronger now and Zumba has helped me go through this video like if its nothing now and ive been using it for a month! You guys should definitely try Zumba!!!!

dear cassey, i love your videos! there's just one thing: when it comes to your ab videos i feel like my level is kinda in the middle between this very beginners workout and the other more advanced stuff. this is too easy and the other videos are just a bit too advanced (i notice that i don't have the ab strength and then i tend to engage too much of my lower back, my upper legs and i cramp my shoulders). it would be awesome if you could do some videos for a middle level. thank you!

@pillage4rumcake I was the same! After doing the video about 7 times my legs didnt pop up, I think it had to do with keeping your back on the mat.

I have trouble keeping my legs down while rolling up. Will I have to build more strength in my abs, or are there any modifications? :)
How many people talk about stickers and Spice Girls while working out.
