@mrigor83 Actually has nothing to do with Net Neutrality since a) anybody is free to buy the priority and b) the prioritized data amount is so small that there will be no noticeable degradation for the rest of the users compared to what they are already experiencing.
Internet vs Cloud networks. I can only think how bad cloud secruty can be overwelmed like anything else. So its only as "safe" as the people realise. Corprate data is the highest sought after data. What is done with it normaly dosen't end well either. Improve the security of those(and civi networks) and then, maybe then you'll get some regular users.
for those concerned about net neutrality, nothing stopping you from learning how encrypt and hide behind layers.
