This is a quite clear video, profiling an amp is very simple. Almost anything can be profiled, from amps, pre, pedalboard, stomps, digital effects, plugins, modelers and even speakers, mics, and set of all those things togheter. Time based (chorus, phaser etc.) and ambient effects (reverb, delay etc.) need to be turn off. Noise gate need to be turn off, beware some digital pedalboard or some modeling amp has turn on by default. Any other filter should be turned off (Kemper Amp has a very effective one to polish the tone from noises, and this can reduce precision in profiling). It is suggested save a flat profiling of the amp (without any mod) and from this one create your preferred sound. Can be an idea save the cabinet too from the whole rig for future use in other profiles.
