@searchthescriptures7 Can Satan choose or reject God?? No. Satan is in an entirely blasphemous state and of a spirit of full rejection of Jesus Christ. What spirit is in man in a fallen state?? Who is the spiritual father of man in a fallen state?? You're not facing the truth. All men according to the human spirit - which is Satan's spirit in them - will reject Christ. Those who receive Christ are regenerated by God with a spirit born of God that does believe. Simple. Different spirits

@noconpiracy You're not thinking accurately -- becuz the focus is on MAN not Jesus. Your whole "field of vision" is off center. You've lost contact with the Head Jesus Christ. We can do nothing apart from Christ. What we will when we are moved by the Spirit is the union of God's will and our will within us producing the fruit of the Kingdom of Heaven. Sinners, in a fallen state, do not have Jesus in them. The devil is in them. What they will is a "joint operation" with Satan in them.

Also, if free will doesn't exist then there is absolutely no basis for any reward or punishment. If God creates people for the express purpose of sending them to hell then God is an evil monster. If you don't believe that God is evil then you can't possibly believe in Calvinism. QED

Free will vs. God's sovereignty is a false dichotomy. It's like saying that God can't walk and chew gum at the same time.
-
So this video says that God is incapable of granting man free will and at the same time inspire the writers of scripture. This is a blatant straw-man argument.
Another error is the assertion that God is not sovereign unless Calvinism is true. These people are idiots.

Arminianism is NOT "man-centered".This video presents a horrible caricature of Arminianism which is simply not true.

Let me get this straight. These folks are complaining about the ostensibly false ideas that God Himself predestined, over which people had no free will.According to their view, why should they complain?Did not God ordain the "false idea" of free-will for His own glory? The Bible is clear that we can choose or reject God:(Deut. 30:19,Jn. 3:16,Rev. 22:17,Lk. 7:30,Matt. 23:37,1 Tim. 2:4,etc).Calvinism is not biblical.
@chefshitpiece Sounds like you're a naturalist. Are emotions real (and to be taken eeriously) or are they meerly crashing chemicals. Do our lives have real meaning? (that's an invisible attribute.) You seem to think "no" (from your older comment). How can you live consistently with that? Purpose, Emotions, Morals, Asthetics (like art and music's ability to be pleasing), love, mathmatical and logical truths are examples of unseen realities.
