  • What is excelisfun thinking!?!?! ISNONTEXT, IF, COUNTIF!?!?!? When all that was needed was =A2 not A3!!!

    Point to Mr Excel!

    If data set not sorted maybe: =C2=MAX(IF($A$2:$A$595=A2,$C$2­:$C$595))

    However, Mr Excel's Sort Names, Sort Dates Z to A, Remove Duplicates wins!
