@helrazr84 Another reason why I bought the Harwire pedals was that the dry signal that goes through the delay and the reverb does not get digitized and does not go through the ad/da conversion.

@knikk77 I hear you on the delay issue. I have it too, and it IS a very versatile delay unit, but a bit harsh. I just use it as a very short delay and have a Carbon Copy for longer delays. Other than that these Hardwire pedals are superb boxes. I have several.

I have all of the Hardwire series. Excellent products from Digitech... Definitely a step up in quality from what you're expecting.

I have the Hardwire Reverb. VERY good unit compared to other reverb pedals who are way to in your face big sounding. This has lush reverbs. The Hardwire delay pedal is OK, not the most organic sounding though. But great all around delay sound.

reverb is one of the most important - and overlooked - effects there is... it's the only effect I use 100% of the time. It's also easy to over-do - but used correctly, it adds such life and dimension to one's tone!
