In a 60 Minutes interview President Obama addressed financial reform and argued that Wall Street bankers could not be prosecuted because they technically did nothing against the law. The Young Turks host Cenk Uygur begs to differ.

I am not sure you understand what Obama is saying in this soundbite. He is not defending wall street and saying that what they did was not illegal. He is saying that although they did some illegal things, what is more disturbing is that most of the damaging things they did, they did through loopholes and is technically legal, and that is why we need to change the regulations and cover these lope holes. On face value of this statement, he is 100% correct.
