In a 60 Minutes interview President Obama addressed financial reform and argued that Wall Street bankers could not be prosecuted because they technically did nothing against the law. The Young Turks host Cenk Uygur begs to differ.

That's why they changed the law! What they did wasn't illegal but it was dishonest and there were'nt any laws in place to protect investors. Wall Street insured your home's value, then burned down the housing market in order to collect TRILLIONS in counter-party settlements.
