Kurt Cobain doing guest guitar and vocals on Mark Lanegan's first solo album "The Winding Sheet" released in 1992. I highly recommend it.

  • Mark has one of the most evocative voices I've ever heard. Yes, it sounds like three different octaves to me.

  • @kennethmus: ...to whom he was introduced, by Mark Lanegan ;)

  • @Tigerpuffer kurt already knew this song, its from one of his favorite performers ledbelly ;)

  • nice

  • Ron Pearlman,

  • the way his voice sounds in three octaves is fuckinn incredible

  • @Tigerpuffer Anyway, this version is not from the screaming trees.

  • @caponegre

I agree completely. One of the best shows I ever saw was at the Crocodile Cafe. If my memory is correct the Fastbacks(?) opened for the Trees and the night just got better at the after party. Those were great times...
