@t4b100 it could be surging if you have an automatic and your stall isnt big enough
-
@t4b100 did you get a larger stall converter? the stock one could be causing it
-
I love the way your car sounds, I can't wait to get mine...I meant to hit the like button but I hit the wrong one, damn laptop touchpad and damn youtube for not allowing undo lol. sorry.

where do u buy the cc 503 cam
-
Oh that sucks... I had 60 miles on my cc503 then I spun the 3 and 5 rod bearings, all the bearing were new too...
Can't wait to hear the 383.

Sounds like a true muscle car good choice

Yes it has a custom computer program by Ed Wright at Fastchip but it has never been on dyno. I am afraid that it may be opti that is causing that surging. The car was 8 weeks at the sea when it was shipped wrom FL to here Finland so there is a change that there is some moisture inside the opti
Your car sounds nice.. I have the same cam... Do you have it idling at 700 rpms? I have mine at 800rpms, take a look at my video if you like.

Do you have any surging with this cam? I have this cam in lt4 Corvet and it has some surging when RPM is less than 2000

yes installed the Crane Dual Coil Kit 10308-1 ($160~) which is good for .600" lift and Comp Magnum 1.6 Roller Tip Rockers SA ($170~)
motor is done now though so no more CC503, now a 12:1 383 with custom LE cam, ported heads, and intake
