This man is very fucking intelligent. It's a damn shame that "Hollyweird", as Tracy Morgan put it in Jay and Silent Bob Strike back; rarely gives him a chance to act out more sophisticated, intellectual characters. I must admit though, Bokeem dose get the ladies in the movies he dose.

Bokeem is an amazing actor. So much there, he is definitely one of the most under utilized actors with chops. Strapped was tight, Caught up he was tight, Jason's Lyric he was killer. Dead Prez too.

I aint even know he was in a band. He been in Ray, Wishmaster 2, and all of that. But I'll alwayz see him az Duquan off of "Strapped". Or Daryl off of "Caught Up". I confess, I like his portrayal in them street roles. (LOL)
