Forbidden Love {A Nick Jonas Vampire Love Story} Chap 3

Chapter 3
Two days have passed since Valentines, and it's already Monday.
I woke up today with a terrible headache, but everything's fine... My apartment is completely neat and my inner demon seems to be under control...Now time to go to school.
It's so annoying the fact that we have to wake up at 6:00a.m. every day to listen to a bunch of old people talk about stuff that probably we will never use in our daily life [specially for a vampire]
I was kind of low today at school and I told my friends to please give me some space, because I was not in the mood...
During recess I went to the last floor of the school building, looking for solitude to think about what I might have done wrong in my relationship with Thomas, then all of a sudden Nick appears coming up the stairs.
I stared at him with an expression in my face that said "Go away", but he didn't even bother to look at me and sat beside me.
I felt totally awkward... I was just looking at him while he drank his bottle of coke, so I finally found the courage to talk to him and I said, "Nick you're a great guy, but I really need to be alone" and he asked, "Why?" and I said, "It's none of your business, just go away!", but he never left, instead he turned around facing me and said, "Please tell me what's wrong".
I was shocked; no one ever dared to ask me what happened to me, because they usually get too scared to ask me [Even my girlfriends].
I don't know why, but when I looked into his eyes I felt I could trust him and that he would keep my secret safe, so I started to talk about Thomas.
It felt nice, for the first time I felt that someone was listening to everything I said. I didn't want to stop, it was like an addiction, but before I said too much I stopped.
He was very sincere and friendly, he explained how sometimes guys didn't cared for the most valuable girls and that I shouldn't worry about it and move on, because he wasn't worth it.
In all my vampire years I have never had this feeling. My heart was always cold and not very reachable, but Nick' words, they touched my heart. Over my cold skin, I could feel the warm of my heart beating. Suddenly the bell rang and I turned around to pick up all my books and then I turned around to take a last look at Nick face, but he was gone.

During class I couldn't concentrate, I had Nick' words in my mind and every time I remembered those bright brown eyes, my cold expression turned into a cute little smile.
Soon class was over and it was time to go home, usually Elizabeth walks with me, because her house was close to mine, but today she was going to her boyfriend's house, so I had to walk alone.
It was a beautiful afternoon, almost romantic, though I have not much experience with this topic.
On my way home I felt someone was following me... Usually I don't get scared, because vampires have a huge strength, but I always feared of the appearance of a Vandervent. Then all of the sudden I feel someone holds my neck tightly with both hands. Someone was trying to kill me.
I wanted to turn around to see who was it, but I couldn't. I could only feel how the air came out and left my body as I started to faint.
