i dont smoke but i think they need to legalize marijuana. If i want to smoke a plant given to us by nature then the damn government needs to stay the fuck out of my shit

Lol! You gunna fly this guy's statistics like it's your own personal bible? His stats are WAY off. A lot of people smoke pot alone in their own home, stay quiet about, and never get arrested. WAY more than 5% of America smokes pot, I promise you.

I hate when people say decrimalize it, because when it is legalize, it becomes decrimalize. example: When Alcohol was re-legalizing nobody went to jail for drinking because it is legalize, just like if cannabis is legal.

If you know you're history. People weren't jailed for possession of alcohol in the 20's. So decriminalization is actually closer to alcohol prohibition.
