I have been pretty terrible about making vids the last month or so, so wanted to put something up. I wasn't going to post, but thought I would anyway. The discussion I refer to is at:
http://www.amazon.com/review/R3SQBNK6T9L9ED/ref=cm_cd_pg_pg1?ie=UTF8&cdFo...

If the link doesn't work the discussion is a review on Amazon by Jane Redhill on the DVD "Evolution: The Grand Experiment Episode 1 (DVD)", if interested you should be able to find it. The awesomness of the discussion is that David E. Levin (molecular biologist) and Christine Janis (Mammal paleontologist) are both heavily involved and have posted some great material.

  • There's a name for this. It's called the "moving the goalpost" fallacy. They ask a question, and when you answer it, they change the criteria.

  • @wearestarstuffsagan

Just using their argument against them.

    :)

  • @PeterThenn dont need to witness something to prove something beyond reasonable doubt

  • You bastard! I've just wasted 2 hours reading thru that nonsense on Amazon....actually it was pretty interesting. I particularly enjoyed David Levin's rather acerbic tone.

  • Don't apologise for not being around - just get plenty of rest :)

  • Alaska looks just like Scotland..cool :)
