Demon Drop, formerly located at Cedar Point, has opened at Dorney Park and Wildwater Kingdom. The freefall attraction takes rides up 131 ft. in the sky only to have them plummet back down.

  • never again that thing hurt my neck

  • @salem8908 I know it owns Dorney. I never said it didn't.

  • @AlmostHuman102 it owns dorney, just had my company picnic there today and even our cups had "Cedar Fair" printed all over them, as well as the parks it owned, and "dorney park" was listed.

  • it looks shorter from the side than the front but i am not going on that im goibng next summer 2012

  • This ride is insane.......but had so much fun on it!!1

  • I wish this was opened in June, then I could have been able to ride it D:

  • I absolutely love demon drop. My stomach doesn't really enjoy free fall rides but i always made an exeption for this ride. It doesn't matter where demon drop is because I want people to fall in love with this ride but, I wouldnt mind if they returned it back to cedar point... It's original home.... pretty plzzz :)

  • I got scared just looking at the ride..Then I was like"I feel bad for the mistake those " people made" lol

  • @Sakabatou77 Well, I suppose parks don't listen to fans, now do they. If they did, they would have torn down Rolling Thunder instead of the Great American Scream Machine at Six Flags Great Adventure.

  • @AlmostHuman102 I don't CARE who owns the parks. It BELONGS at CP.

  • @noeynoah45 It's not that great of a ride. Dominator blows it out of the water.

  • @salem8908 Not exactly. Cedar Point is the flagship park of the company Cedar Fair. But it does own both CP and DP.

  • @Sakabatou77 They both belong to Cedar Fair, and they're not going to transfer it BACK. Maybe to another park, but not back to CP.

  • cool i will got to ride this at cedar point and dorney park

  • I want the Demon Drop back at CP! >:( I loved it better than the Power Tower! I always went on it 1st, and when I saw it was gone last year, I was mad! Now, I find out it was moved! I want the Demon Drop back at CP! It belongs there! Thieves! Give it back!

  • I miss it at Cedar Point as well. For those of you who want to send a msg to Cedar Point, I started a Facebook page called "Demon Drop Belongs at Cedar Point". I heard a lot of complaints of ppl missing the ride. They probably won't bring the original back, but perhaps if enough ppl express their love of the ride, they'll build a new version of the ride with 2011 technology bigger and better than the original at Cedar Point.

  • that was fun , haha

  • cedar point owns Dorney Park people, Dorney didn't steal it. Dorney IS cedar point.

  • this ride was in fact at ceder point for a long time they did remove it

  • Demon Drop was at Cedar Point ohio why did they have move it for

there was no ther name for these 35sec ride who every said something eles is dumb pls stop lieing

  • I think the ride is fun!

  • @PolishGuy89 Yes. It was called Stuntman's Free Fall and I believe it closed in either '06 or '07.

  • that ride looks sketchy

  • Good riddance! It sucked anyhow....and only scary if you were 9 years old!
