Porridge is commonly served at weekend for late breakfast or Yum Cha brunch.
It's supurb served on a Hot Summer Day!
The rice grains all been cooked to a gruel porridge, making it easily digestable.
Chinese preserved chopped radish or turnips are most appetising and commonly used, as they become very tender and delicious in the cooking.
